- 1 onion
- 3 potatoes cut in small cubes
- 2 cans Bordon corned beef light
- half a can passata
- 1 small can peas
- Puff pastry
- Fry onions for 5 mins and add passata.
- Leave to simmer for 5 mins.
- Add the potatoes, leave for another 5 mins.
- Add the Bordon corned beef.
- Leave to cool before putting it in the pastry.
- Cut the pastry in a circle .
- Add about 2 tablespoons of the Bordon mixture.
- Bake for 30 mins in 180 degrees.
