  • 1 onion
  • 3 potatoes cut in small cubes
  • 2 cans Bordon corned beef light
  • half a can passata
  • 1 small can peas
  • Puff pastry


  1. Fry onions for 5 mins and add passata.
  2. Leave to simmer for 5 mins.
  3. Add the potatoes, leave for another 5 mins.
  4. Add the Bordon corned beef.
  5. Leave to cool before putting it in the pastry.  
  6. Cut the pastry in a circle .
  7. Add about 2 tablespoons of the Bordon mixture.
  8. Bake for 30 mins in 180 degrees.
