Here's one super power smoothie you can enjoy at any time of day. It is packed with nutrients and its blend of contrasting flavours make for a delicious meal replacement so you can remain light and energised (ideal especially in those days when you cannot afford to feel exhausted from digesting a heavy lunch due to a hectic schedule).
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (120mm) water
- 1 cup (160g) green grapes
- 1/2 cup (80g) pineapple chunks
- 1/2 ripe banana peeled
- 2 cups (60g) fresh spinach packed
- 1/2 cup (120mm) ice cubes
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into your blender in the order listed and secure lid.
- Turn on the the machine on slow speed and slowly increase to high speed.
- Blend until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately.
