Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- 60 ml milk
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 egg
- 5 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 475 ml beef stock/broth
- 240 ml cream
- ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
