• 1 large chicken breast, halved
• 1 cheese sausage

Flour mix:

• 240 g plain flour
• 1 tsp salt and pepper
• 1 tsp dried basil
• 1 tsp ground chili
• 1 tsp ground paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp dried sage leaves
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp onion powder

Egg wash:

• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 egg

Honey mustard sauce and chips to serve.
