A muffin tin is used to make mini bite-sized servings of spaghetti and meatballs. Unusual, good-looking and delicious, they are ideal for a party or even as part of a starter served with salad.
Makes: 12 muffin bites
Ingredients:
- 170 g spaghetti
- 20 ml olive oil
- cooking spray
- 120 g grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 355 ml tomato-based pasta sauce
- 12 cooked Findus meatballs
