- 450 g thin top sirloin, cut against the grain into strips
- 350 ml beef stock
- 1 bell pepper, green, yellow or red, chopped into 2.5 cm pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped into 2.5 cm pieces
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
