Ingredients:
- 160 g butter
- 160 g granulated sugar
- 160 g light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 350 g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch salt
- Peanuts to sprinkle (optional)
- Chocolate sauce (optional)
- Ice cream (optional)
