Ingredients:
- 150 g diced mango or 1 large mango
- 1 ¾ cup plain flour
- 1 ¼ tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 20 g dessicated coconut
- 60 ml coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 240 ml buttermilk (substitute: 1 cup of milk + 1 tbsp of vinegar)
- 8 tbsp of brown sugar
- 4 tbsp of white sugar
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- ½ tsp of nutmeg
