Mug cakes have become the latest quick, do-it-yourself sweet fix, and this video recipe by Dani Spies of Clean and Delicious is a gluten free version so that nobody gets left behind.
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 egg whites (3 tbsp.) or 1 whole egg
- Pinch of salt
- A few dashes of cinnamon
Optional Toppings:
- Greek yogurt
- Fresh mint
