Makes: approx 8 pancakes

Ingredients:

• 2-3 cups pancake batter

Cinnamon filling:

• 6½ tbsp butter (melted)
• 9 tbsp packed brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon

Cream Cheese glaze:

• 3 tbsp butter
• 2 oz cream cheese
• 8 tbsp icing sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
