Ingredients:
- 4 or 5 skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
- 300 ml chicken stock
- 150 g diced carrots
- 150 g frozen green peas
- 240 ml milk
- 75 g diced red onion
- 80 ml butter
- 40 g all-purpose flour
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp celery seed
- Savory pie dough (ready made or make your own)
