Base:

- 225 g deli ham
- 225 g Swiss cheese
Sauce:
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp flour
- 700 ml milk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbs Dijion mustard
- 1½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp pepper
Topping:
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1¼ cup bread crumbs
- ¼ cup cheese
