- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
- 45 g butter
- 2 leeks, white part only, chopped
- 30 g all-purpose flour
- 945 ml chicken or vegetable stock
- 80 ml heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp dried chervil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp cracked black pepper
