Here's the fabled fat-buster soup made with cabbage and onions. Whether it really beats the fat is hard to ascertain, but it is certainly a fat free and low calorie soup packed with the goodness of various vegetables. A package of onion soup mix flavors the tomato broth to make it extra tasty.

Ingredients:
- 2-3 carrots, chopped
- 1 1/2 onions, chopped
- 225 g canned whole peeled tomatoes, with liquid
- 1/2 large head cabbage, chopped
- 15 g dry onion soup mix
- 225 g cut green beans
- 1 l tomato juice
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 5 stalks celery, chopped
- 200 ml beef broth
