Recipe: Minty Mochaccino

Serves: 4 persons


  • 1 1/4 cups hot, strong-brewed coffee
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups hot milk


  1. Whisk coffee, cocoa powder, peppermint extract and sugar in heatproof container until well blended.
  2. Stir in milk.
  3. Pour into 4 mugs.
