Recipe: Italian Baked Alaska Bombe

Baked Alaska a delicious sweet that nicely contrasts hot and cold. Basically, it is a ball of ice cream wrapped in crispy, baked meringue.

This variation blends the taste of espresso-flavoured ice cream with that of zabaglione ice cream.
