Recipe: Breakfast smoothie

Breakfast smoothies make for a quick morning meal for the whole family. They’re a go-to favorite, and can be made to taste preference with nut butter, fruits and/or veggies. Let your imagination run wild with ideas and feel free to experiment with different flavours and combinations to create your very own favourite recipes. Get started with this:

Serves: 1 person


  • 225ml of milk or a milk alternative such as almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of natural nut butter (peanut, almond or cashew)
  • 1 cup of fruit and/or veggies
  • 1 scoop of whey protein


  1. Place all the items in a blender with ice. Serve immediately.

You may blend the single-serve ingredients, or batch it for a family.
