- 454 grams cannellini beans
- 1 jar Lombardi Capuliato Di Pomodori Secchi (drained)
- 59 ml lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (& Coarse Black Peppercorn - approx.)
- In food processor combine all ingredients and blend until smooth, scraping the sides with a spatula as needed.
