Recipe: Sundried Tomato & White Bean Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 454 grams cannellini beans
  • 1 jar Lombardi Capuliato Di Pomodori Secchi (drained)
  • 59 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (& Coarse Black Peppercorn - approx.)

 

Instructions:

  1. In food processor combine all ingredients and blend until smooth, scraping the sides with a spatula as needed.
  2. When desired texture is achieved, immediately plate and serve.
