Ingredients:
- 20 g mashed, boiled potatoes
- 115 g sour cream
- 55 g cream cheese
- 30 g butter, softened, divided
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 g kosher salt
- 1 g freshly ground black pepper
- 8 ml olive oil
- 455 g ground lamb
- 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 450g can stewed tomatoes with juice, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped
- 75 g peas
- 235 ml Guinness®
- 1 cube beef bouillon
- 8 g all-purpose flour
- 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 85 g shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 g chopped fresh parsley
- 5 g smoked paprika
