Watch: How about some watermelon toast?

With this  heatwave, it's probably the right time to be eating  watermelon. In Taiwan, however, the latest trend is watermelon bread. Lee Wen-fa, the head baker at Jimmy's bakery in Yilan County, northern Taiwan, came up with the creative invention to encourage children to eat in the hot summer months, when they sometimes lose their appetites. He colours the bread using charcoal, green tea and strawberries. 2000 loaves is not enough and Jimmy's is struggling to keep up with the high demand.

We wonder whether the demand will also take its toll on Malta and just in case it does, here's a recipe to go by.
