- 450 g angel hair pasta or Asian noodles
- 120 ml sesame oil
- 120 ml soy sauce
- 60 ml balsamic vinegar
- 15 ml hot chili oil
- 50 g white sugar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, or more if desired
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
