Makes: 4 servings
- 210 g smoked firm tofu, frozen and thawed
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 dash liquid smoke flavoring (optional)
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
