Tzatziki is a Greek sauce served with grilled meats or as a dip and is always served cold. Tzatziki is traditionally made of strained yogurt mixed with cucumbers, garlic, salt, olive oil and lemon juice. The chives in this recipe can be replaced with either dill, mint, or parsley. - 500 g Greek style natural yogurt
- 1 medium grated cucumber
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 1-2 tbsp of chopped chives
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1.5 tbsp of lemon juice
- Add some salt
