Video recipe: Spinach and green pea hummus

This is a very simple no-cook recipe for a hummus variation with spinach and green peas that is not only delicious but also healthy and lovely to look at with its bright green colour.   • 1 cup (150 g) flat leaf green spinach
  • ½ cup (75 g) frozen green peas, defrosted in warm water
  • 1 ½ cups (225 g) chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Lemon juice to taste
