This is a very simple no-cook recipe for a hummus variation with spinach and green peas that is not only delicious but also healthy and lovely to look at with its bright green colour. - 1 cup (150 g) flat leaf green spinach
- ½ cup (75 g) frozen green peas, defrosted in warm water
- 1 ½ cups (225 g) chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
- 2 large garlic cloves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Lemon juice to taste
