When we think dessert we often think hours of preparation, but this one only takes minutes to prepare. Lemon juice, pineapple, condensed milk and whipped cream are combined, poured onto a cookie base and then chilled until firm... that's it! No fuss but super delicious, try it! Ingredients:
- 200 g plain sweet cookies, crushed
- 100 g butter, melted
- 400 g can sweetened condensed milk
- 125 ml of lemon juice
- 400 g canned crushed pineapple, drained
- 300 ml whipping cream
