Here's one super power smoothie you can enjoy at any time of day. It is packed with nutrients and its blend of contrasting flavours make for a delicious meal replacement so you can remain light and energised (ideal especially in those days when you cannot afford to feel exhausted from digesting a heavy lunch due to a hectic schedule).

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (120mm) water
  • 1 cup (160g) green grapes
  • 1/2 cup (80g) pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 ripe banana peeled
  • 2 cups (60g) fresh spinach packed
  • 1/2 cup (120mm) ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into your blender in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Turn on the the machine on slow speed and slowly increase to high speed.
  3. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Serve immediately.
