Maltese restaurant: Ta’ Marija, Mosta

About Ta' Marija:

Ta' Marija has strongly established itself as one of the foremost exponents of original and authentic Maltese cuisine, set in a welcoming traditional ambience and complimented with regular entertainment including traditional Maltese folk dancing and singing.

Keep an eye out for the themed nights such as the Maltese Extravaganza Nights with Folklore Dancing and Singing on Wednesdays (April to November) and Fridays (all year round), Fenkata (traditional Rabbit stew) Nights on Thursdays and Roving Musicians Nights on Saturdays. Sundays are all about the sumptuous family gathering buffet lunch.

The menu incorporates a fresh and genuine take on Malta's food heritage. The traditional recipes, passed down the generations, arrive at your table the day they are harvested... freshly caught fish, fresh meat cuts, fruit and vegetables. While the variety available will certainly appeal to all tastes, the more adventurous will revel in tasting some 'out of the ordinary' Maltese dishes - octopus stew, rabbit liver or maybe some Maltese farmhouse snails.

Opening hours:

Ta' Marija is open for lunch from 12.00 and dinner from 19.00. Reservations are highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
