- 2 mgħaref krema doppja
- 1½ kuċċarina essenza tal-vanilla
- ½ kuċċarina essenza tal-menta
- 2 bajdiet
- ¼ kikkra zokkor tal-ġelu (icing sugar), biex troxx
- ¼ kikkra dqiq, biex troxx
- Poġġi l-ixkaffa tal-forn fil-pożizzjoni tan-nofs. Saħħan il-forn għal temperatura ta’ 175°C. Iksi żewġ tilari bil-karta forn.
- F’bieqja ħawwad sewwa flimkien id-dqiq, it-trab tal-ħami u l-melħ.
- F’bieqja kbira ħabbat bil-magna l-butir, iz-zokkor, il-krema, u l-essenzi tal-vanilla u l-menta għal madwar żewġ minuti.
- Żid il-bajd waħda waħda u ħabbathom bil-mod sakemm jidħlu fit-taħlita. B’mgħarfa tal-metall daħħal bil-mod (fold-in) l-ingredjenti xotti fit-taħlita tal-butir.
- Aqsam l-għaġina fi tnejn u fforma kull waħda f’ballun ċatt. Geżwirhom fil-cling film u poġġihom fil-friġġ għal siegħa.
- Ħallat flimkien il-¼ kikkra dqiq u l-¼ kikkra zokkor tal-ġelu. B’din roxx il-wiċċ li ser taħdem fuqu.
- Iftaħ waħda mill-biċċiet tal-għaġina għal ħxuna ta’ 0.3ċm. Aqta’ ċriki (bil-biscuit cutters) u poġġihom fit-tilari, bi ftit spazju bejn waħda u oħra.
- Iġbor il-fdalijiet tal-għaġina , għaqqadhom, erġa’ geżwirhom fil-cling film u poġġihom fil-friġġ. Kompli aqta’ l-cookies mit-tieni biċċa tal-għaġina u poġġi fuq it-tilar. Uża wkoll il-fdalijiet li tkun kessaħt fil-friġġ.
